We have had beautiful weather at the beginning of this new year! We have been outside searching for insects, learning about the life cycle of dragonflies and damselflies, and practicing using field guides to identify insects in our outdoor space. Children were excited to see a toad today as they searched.
Children are starting to know each other's names and are making connections during choice time and recess. They have been very enthusiastic about reading Harry Potter and may even have tried a spell out on you at home!
