Snow Day Challenge: Create a Desert Landscape

Thanks to all who participated in our first Snow Day challenge of the year! We had lot of creative entries made from a range of materials including snow, clay, sand, paper, legos, paint, cardboard and even stuffed animals. The deserts ranged from our southwest Sonoran desert to the Sahara in Africa to our frozen deserts at the polar caps.  It was clear from the pictures that a lot of enthusiasm and fun went into these projects!
